Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&C)

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “T&C”) apply to all sales of digital products offered by MFS Digital, a sole proprietorship registered in France. (Auto-entrepreneur) registered under SIRET 99465018200011, with its registered office at 7 rue Henry de Montherlant, Carrières sur Seine,78420, France, represented by Stempelato Melina Florencia, Publishing Director.
Purpose
These T&C aim to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of digital products (e-books) via the website https://www.french4travelers.com
Products Covered
The products concerned are exclusively digital downloadable e-books or resources.
Order
Placing an order for a digital product implies full and unconditional acceptance of these T&C.
The customer acknowledges having the legal capacity required to enter into a contract.
The ordering process includes the following steps:
Product selection
Cart validation
Secure payment via the available methods (Stripe, PayPal, etc.)
Confirmation by email with a download link for the purchased ebook.
Once the payment is validated, access to the product is immediate (or within the time frame specified on the product page). No physical shipment is involved.
Pricing
Prices are indicated in USD, all taxes included. Local taxes may apply according to your country’s regulations.
MFS Digital reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without affecting orders that have already been placed.
Payment
Payment is made in full at the time of purchase using the payment methods available on the sales page.
Payments are secured through third-party providers (Systeme.io, Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
No banking information is stored on the Site.
Delivery and Access
Digital products are delivered immediately or within the timeframe specified on the product page via a download link sent by email. The customer is solely responsible for checking their emails (inbox) and spam folder.

Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a withdrawal period of 14 days from the date of purchase. However, for digital products delivered immediately, the right of withdrawal may be limited.
MFS Digital nevertheless grants a voluntary withdrawal period of 7 calendar days from the date of purchase for its digital products, including “French for travelers: The Essential Paris Survival Guide and Itinerary 1,3 and 7 days.
Requests for withdrawal must be made in writing to: melina.frenchfortraveleres@gmail.com
Refunds will be issued for the full purchase price of the product, minus a $2 administrative fee retained as a withdrawal fee.
By validating the order, the customer acknowledges that:
Digital products are delivered immediately after purchase
Outside of this 7-day commercial policy, the legal right of withdrawal does not apply, in accordance with Article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code (digital content supplied on an intangible medium and whose execution has begun with the consumer’s prior consent).
Liability
MFS Digital makes every effort to ensure access to and proper functioning of its digital products. However, it cannot be held responsible for technical issues beyond its control, including but not limited to issues with the hosting platform, email delivery, internet connection or compatibility of the digital product with the customer’s device or software.
MFS Digital cannot guarantee specific results from using its digital products.
The effectiveness of the guides and resources depends on the user’s personal use and discretion.
Intellectual Property
All content provided (texts, PDFs, visuals, tools…) is the exclusive property of MFS Digital, the owner of the French for Travelers brand.
It may not be reproduced, shared, resold, transferred, or used for other purposes without prior written authorization.
Any unauthorized use may constitute copyright infringement or fraudulent use and could result in legal consequences.
Personal Data
Data collected during purchase is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Clients may exercise their rights at any time (access, correction, deletion, etc.) by sending an email to: contact.mfsdigital@gmail.com
Governing Law – Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law.
In case of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first.
If no agreement is reached, the competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction of MFS Digital headquarters, unless otherwise required by law.
